Thank you very much for visiting our website.
My name is Masakatsu Seki, and I am the President and Representative Director.
Since our founding, we have built relationships of trust with our business partners and other related parties, honed our technical and proposal capabilities for the growth of our business, and responded carefully to each and every request from our customers. However, as the surrounding environment changes daily and with the passage of time, the performance of existing technologies alone is no longer sufficient.
Therefore, we have added “No growth without collaboration (partnerships)” to our long-standing motto, “No future without technology (new construction methods = global patents)”, and together with our business partners who recognize the value and potential of our unique global intellectual property technology, we will continue to strive for further business growth in the evolving global manufacturing field, putting our customers first and working together with our staff.

Developed the groundbreaking plastic forming process Warisaki®

Warisaki® is a general term for a new processing technology that creates shapes by “splitting and tearing” metal (plates, coils, rods) inside a press mold. There are a total of five different processing methods for Warisaki®. Complex three-dimensional shapes that are difficult to achieve with conventional metalworking can be produced using press molds. This technology greatly expands the possibilities of metal processing and has been patented in many countries around the world. In addition, we are working to promote the spread of technology and manufacturing through sales and technology partnerships.

A second new manufacturing method, the “method for forming solid protrusions (Turm method)”, has also been developed!

High-mix low-volume production to mass production

Our strength lies in a production system capable of scaling up to mass production, centered on a single-shot press line that incorporates our proprietary technology and supports high-mix low-volume manufacturing with high added value. This system is enhanced by the latest machinery, including automatic progressive lines, 3D transfer lines, line-pacer robot lines, and in-house designed labor-saving equipment and quality inspection systems. We have machine capacity ranging from 15 tons to 300 tons, enabling us to process a wide range of products from small to large parts. We have dedicated facilities within our company that specialize in development prototyping. We are highly regarded by our customers for our speed in delivering samples, from the development of underlying technologies to prototyping, and we value their feedback that “when we are in trouble, we can rely on Seki Press to find a solution.” We continue to refine our manufacturing processes based on this feedback.
